Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect Operational Infrastructure: Strong expertise in architecting operational infrastructure will be essential in supporting the growth and development of the firm.
  • Oversee Investor Relations and Due Diligence Processes: The successful candidate will oversee investor relations and due diligence processes, maintaining strong relationships with institutional investors globally.
  • Enhance Operational Risk Management Frameworks: Experience in enhancing operational risk management frameworks will be crucial in ensuring the firm's continued success and stability.
  • Direct Service Provider Relationships: Excellent stakeholder management skills will be required to direct service provider relationships, driving business excellence initiatives forward.

Requirements:

  • Substantial Hedge Fund COO Experience: The ideal candidate will possess substantial hedge fund COO experience, with a proven track record in successful fund launches.
  • Comprehensive Understanding of Operational Due Diligence: A comprehensive understanding of operational due diligence will be essential in ensuring the firm's continued success and stability.
  • Expert Knowledge of Regulatory Landscape: Strong expertise in the regulatory landscape will be required to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards.

Essential Requirements:
