We are seeking an experienced Pension Administration Specialist to join our team at Burman Recruitment. As part of our organization, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations, pensions, and compliance, with a strong focus on financial control and legislative compliance.

A competitive salary range of £27,000-£35,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Payroll Management or equivalent, and a proven track record in payroll management, including salaries, pensions, and expenses.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll operations, including salaries, pensions, and expenses.
  • Maintain financial controls and ensure timely returns for all pension schemes.
  • Provide guidance on payroll and pension matters to staff and management.
  • Lead on system developments and ensure legislative compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external organizations.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Payroll Management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in payroll management, including salaries, pensions, and expenses.
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
