About the Role:


As a Pension Fund Administrator with Sammons Recruitment Group, you will be responsible for preparing and managing pensioner payrolls in line with procedures. This includes reconciling payroll costs and changes against the Pensions Admin System, ensuring timely payments to pensioners, HMRC, and 3rd party bodies.


Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and manage pensioner payroll process for client payrolls
  • Reconciliation of payroll costs and changes against Pensions Admin System
  • Ensuring PAYE for pension schemes is paid within deadlines
  • Production and distribution of P60s (including online p60s)

Requirements:



  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, and on own initiative
  • Good communication skills
  • Excel to intermediate level

Previous Experience/Qualifications:



  • Experience of Payroll (2-3 years), preferably Pensioner but not essential
  • Reconciliation of payroll, essential
