At Ultimate Activity, we are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Ultimate Tech Programme Manager. Located in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, this position is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and leadership.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our Ultimate Tech programme is designed to deliver outstanding technology and coding activities to children aged 8-14.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver engaging tech activities, focusing on participation, skill development, and enjoyment.
  • Directly manage a team of staff, ensuring they meet high standards of care and activity delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures, including health and safety, and safeguarding protocols.
  • Supervise and engage with children outside of timetabled activities.
  • Manage administrative tasks and serve as the primary point of contact for parents.

Requirements:

  • An interest in IT or Computer Science.
  • A natural leader with management experience, preferably in IT teaching or holiday camps.
  • Excellent communication skills, with strong face-to-face customer service abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and patience are essential.
