Our client is a thriving and busy day nursery on the edge of Aylesbury, close to public transport and local amenities. Part of an award-winning nursery group but a real ‘family feel’ nursery, with great parental partnership. They are looking for a Level 3 qualified practitioner to be the third in command in the nursery (after the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager). This is a room-based position, managing the Preschool Room or Baby Room. You will need to apply your knowledge and best practice to ensure the children have the best start in life. You will be a senior team member, so it is important to have good managerial skills.
