We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Residence Services Assistant to join our team at The Tramshed. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, operating a professional helpdesk and telephone service, and contributing to back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students and visitors
  • Contribute to back-office functions, including administrative support to the General Manager
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, website, telephone, and in person
  • Operate a professional helpdesk and telephone service

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software
  • Quick and efficient learning ability
  • Proficient in presenting information accurately and professionally
