Real Estate/Commercial Property Partner

The Real Estate Litigation team requires a partner to lead the team, working collaboratively with partners across offices and departments to ensure high-quality work is undertaken promptly. The ideal candidate will introduce work of suitable quality into the team and the firm, demonstrating the ability to generate repeat business from clients. Key responsibilities include:

- Introduce work of suitable quality into the team and the firm, demonstrating the ability to generate repeat business from clients.
- Collaborate with partners and fee earners in other teams within the wider firm to promote and generate work for the Real Estate Litigation team, and support the overall firm strategy of growth.
- Support the development of junior fee earners in the team, by mentoring and ensuring that appropriate career development plans are in place.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in handling complex property litigation matters to trial, both as supervising partner and case handler. They will also have experience with a full range of property disputes, with a particular focus on real property (easements, restrictive covenants), and insolvency-property disputes. The firm offers a competitive basic salary up to £180,000, depending on experience, as well as flexible working arrangements, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, healthcare benefits, and pension. Progression opportunities are also available.
