Job Title: Real Estate Leasing Coordinator

Valour Group is an integrated team of companies that operate, develop, and construct residential and commercial real estate. Job Summary:

We are hiring multiple Leasing and Resident Experience Coordinators across different locations. The successful candidate will report to the Property Manager and be part of the office support team, responsible for marketing, operations, and property administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish a comprehensive knowledge of the residential communities, including suite types, layouts, common areas, and amenities.
  • Conduct regular market surveys to analyze competition and identify market trends for pricing and strategy.
  • Liaise with the Property Administrator to ensure timely and accurate completion of leasing documentation.
  • Respond to resident inquiries and forward urgent matters to management.
  • Adhere to company and industry standards and policies.
  • Monitor progress of work in vacant units and ensure management is aware of any delays.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Property Management or Leasing space preferred.
  • Experience with the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) is an asset.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to accept responsibility and account for actions.
  • Flexibility to work some weekend hours based on business needs.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
