Graduate Scheme Overview

This is a two-year rotational scheme during which you will spend time with the investment management, asset management, and transactions teams. The program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry and equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a career at M7 Real Estate Ltd.

Training and Development

During the graduate scheme, you will be sponsored to qualify as MRICS, CAIA, or CFA. You will also be provided with a mentor to counsel and guide your professional development. In your first year, you will receive quarterly training sessions with real estate experts to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Requirements

We are looking for passionate, independent, personable, and collaborative team players who are self-motivated and entrepreneurial. You must have excellent numerical and negotiation skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Strong work ethic and commitment to the job at hand are essential, as is the ability to perform under pressure.

Entry Requirements

You must have a grade C or above in all A-Levels and GCSEs. In addition, you will need a minimum of a 2:1 in a property-related undergraduate degree or a 2:1 in any undergraduate degree with a merit in a real estate-related postgraduate degree.
