The Graduate Scheme

This two-year rotational scheme offers a unique opportunity to work with the investment management, asset management, and transactions teams. You will gain valuable experience and skills, preparing you for a successful career in real estate.

Training and Development

M7 will sponsor your professional development, enabling you to qualify as MRICS, CAIA, or CFA. You will be assigned a mentor to guide your career progression and receive quarterly training sessions with real estate experts.

What We Are Looking For

We seek passionate, independent, and collaborative individuals with excellent numerical and negotiation skills. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure are essential qualities for this role.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible, you must have a grade C or above in all A-Levels and GCSEs. A minimum of a 2:1 in a property-related undergraduate degree or a 2:1 in any undergraduate degree with a merit in a real estate-related postgraduate degree is required.
