About the Role

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our expanding group of Urban Pubs and Bars. As Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Train, nurture, and develop your team to maintain high standards and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement business plans, including marketing initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, profits, and expenses, to inform business decisions.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum 1 year's experience as a manager in a similar industry.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
