As a Care Support Worker at Peabody, you will be assisting people to live their best life with kindness and compassion.     Your role covers all aspects of care and support. Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals to pursue hobbies and leisure activities at home and in their community.
  • Assist people with their personal care and health needs.
  • Work on a rota basis, covering a 24/7 shift pattern, including waking nights and sleep ins.
  • Maintain records with high levels of attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work on a rota basis.
  • Understanding and ability to respond to people's unique needs and desires.
  • Experience of providing support to vulnerable individuals.
  • Ability to maintain records with high levels of attention to detail.
