About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Manager to join our team at Kerry. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and the surrounding community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the site management team in developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop safe systems of work to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees are aware of their health, safety, and environmental responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with the site management team to develop and implement environmental management systems, including ISO 14001.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry associations, to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as health, safety, and environmental management.
  • Minimum NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
