About the Role

The Customer Success Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive customer adoption and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers
  • Deliver business impact and innovation to customers through a deep understanding of their business needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for customer growth and retention
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks that threaten customer satisfaction or renewal
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Process/Chemical Engineering preferred)
  • Experience working in the process industries, with a focus on Petrochemicals and Specialty Chemicals
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals or business objectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
