The Customer Success Manager is a key member of our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This role requires a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute account plans to drive customer adoption and satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers
- Deliver business impact and innovation to customers through a deep understanding of their business needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for customer growth and retention
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks that threaten customer satisfaction or renewal
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Process/Chemical Engineering preferred)
- Experience working in the process industries, with a focus on Petrochemicals and Specialty Chemicals
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals or business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
