Care Manager for Adults with Learning Disabilities

Trust Hire is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional support to adults with learning disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams in a Learning Disabilities or Mental Health setting, with a strong understanding of learning disabilities, autism, and regulatory requirements.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support to individuals who display challenging behaviours.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a Learning Disabilities or Mental Health service.
- Strong understanding of learning disabilities and autism.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards.
Salary Range: £45,000 per annum
