We are looking for a passionate and experienced Care Leader to join our team as a Registered Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.

- You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our learning disabilities service, ensuring that we deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

- As a skilled manager, you will lead and develop a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role within the care sector.
- A genuine commitment to providing high-quality care.
