About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for a Luxury Hotel. The successful candidate will be career-focussed and driven to manage a dedicated team to ensure the best service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver exceptional service to guests.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food and beverage operations, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
