Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Food and Beverage Service Assistant to join our team at Elite Venue Selection. As a Food and Beverage Service Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of food and beverage service in our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Deliver food and beverages to tables, maintaining a high level of presentation and quality.
  • Stock Control: Ensure that stock levels are maintained and that all procedures are followed correctly and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
