Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Elite Venue Selection. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage services across our venues, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of food and beverage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food and beverage sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to design and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, ensuring compliance with budgetary targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible prices and services.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and excellence in food and beverage service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer feedback and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of success in food and beverage management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with the ability to maintain high standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
