About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Site Housekeeper. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our student portfolio is well-maintained and clean, providing a welcoming and safe environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on site to maintain and clean all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and communal areas.
  • Collaborate with the Site Services Manager and team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that our residents have a positive experience.
  • Clean and maintain buildings, communal areas, and grounds, including indoor and outdoor spaces.
  • Empty bins, litter pick, and perform general upkeep to maintain a tidy and presentable environment.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the site maintenance team.
  • Contribute to health and safety initiatives and ensure that all activities are carried out in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Work as part of a team to prepare spaces and rooms for new residents and support with inspections as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and be a regular point of contact for our residents.
  • Comply with Acis Health and Safety Standards and contribute to meeting its health and safety responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Experience working with cleaning equipment and chemicals in a safe manner.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use necessary IT systems.
  • Good literacy skills and awareness of COSHH regulations.
  • Knowledge and experience of safe working systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
