Site Housekeeper Role at Acis Group

We are seeking a dedicated Site Housekeeper to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all properties, grounds, and buildings are clean and well-maintained
  • Collaborate with the Site Services Manager to deliver exceptional service to our residents
  • Maintain indoor and outdoor spaces, including cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards promptly
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with inspections and new resident preparations

Requirements:

  • Experience with cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Basic IT skills and literacy
  • Knowledge of COSHH regulations
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping others
