Job Title: Education Assistant - SEMH Setting

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Education Assistant in a SEMH setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and delivery of lesson plans tailored to students with SEMH needs.
• Provide one-on-one support or small group instruction to students, ensuring effective engagement and understanding.
• Collaborate with teachers to monitor and assess students' progress, addressing any learning barriers.
• Help create and maintain a positive and structured learning environment that fosters independence and confidence.
• Support students during activities, including breaks, lunchtimes, and school events.
