- Investigate and resolve complex client queries, collaborating with subject matter experts as needed to deliver accurate and timely solutions.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Partner with internal teams to drive client satisfaction and retention, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support.
- Monitor client usage and product interactions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Experience: 1-6 years in customer-facing roles, with a strong background in customer service and technical support.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL, with experience working with ticketing and documentation systems.
