Ergonomics Specialist

Specialist Role Accountabilities:As a specialist in Human Factors, you will join our People Centred Design Team, working across different sectors including nuclear, rail, mobility, oil and gas, financial institutes, and local government. You will advise clients on people-centred design issues to meet user needs, standards and regulatory requirements.
You will work on multiple projects to develop your technical human factors skills and understand people issues within various industries, whilst working towards your Chartership of the Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (IEHF).
Key Qualifications & Experience:- You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
- You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player.
- You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
- You are willing to travel and stay away from home when required (where possible we embrace virtual working).
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including training and development opportunities, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme.
