About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioural Support Worker to join our team at Look Ahead. As a Behavioural Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, providing a safe and supportive environment that enables them to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and monitor customer behaviours, identifying triggers and alleviating factors
  • Plan and implement appropriate interventions to modify and resolve behaviours
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, families, and other professionals
  • Collaborate with support organizations to ensure comprehensive care
  • Present and feedback to other professionals in a formal setting
  • Report potential cases of abuse, neglect, or endangerment
  • Participate in reviewing and designing behavioural interventions plans
Requirements
  • NVQ Level or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with customers with Autism/Behaviour that challenges and Diabetics
  • Good IT skills
  • Driver's license
