Role: Specialist Behavioural Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Specialist Behavioural Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide vital support to individuals with Autism/Behaviour that challenges and Diabetes, empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centered care tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
  • Implement behavior support plans effectively and monitor progress.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment for individuals.
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Minimum years of experience working with individuals with Autism/Behaviour that challenges and Diabetes.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A commitment to person-centered care and ethical practice.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) Approach.
