**Location:** Wakefield area, West Yorkshire
**Job Type:** Long-term and Daily
**Salary:** £35,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
- Foster a supportive and cohesive learning community by collaborating with fellow educators.
- Provide tailored support to students, including those with special educational needs or English as an additional language.
- Conduct regular assessments of student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Communicate openly with parents and guardians, partnering with them to support their children's educational journey.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering the academic and social development of children.
- The ability to adapt teaching styles to accommodate diverse learning needs.
- Creativity and enthusiasm in lesson planning and classroom activities.
