Job Overview:
NSRS is a leading provider of care services in North London, seeking a skilled and compassionate Domiciliary Carer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
You will work closely with our care coordinators to develop personalized care plans, addressing each client's unique needs and preferences.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Deliver high-quality care services, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to the care coordinator.
- Travel between client homes within designated areas, using own vehicle if possible.
- Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and rotas.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to undergo one.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Valid UK driving license (preferred).
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

- Mileage allowance for travel between client homes.
- 28 days holiday (pro-rata).
