About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Clinical Administrator to join our team at Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to our healthcare teams, including managing and prioritizing workload, ensuring deadlines are met, and using initiative to resolve issues.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and databases, using IT systems and software.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders, using clear and professional communication skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
