About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team at Bunch. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide support and guidance to customers via various channels, including email, phone, and live chat
  • Work closely with the customer support team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
