Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to customer service excellence and a passion for delivering the Starbucks Experience.
  • Coach and develop your team to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
  • Collaborate with the store leadership team to drive business results, identify opportunities for growth, and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the growth and development of your partners, providing regular feedback and coaching to help them achieve their career goals.
  • Work closely with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.
