Customer Service Team Lead

Juice Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join their growing retail business in Avonmouth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of customer service representatives and monitoring their performance.
- Resolving escalated customer issues and improving customer satisfaction.
- Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Conducting team meetings to report updates from the Senior Leadership Team and driving team performance.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call centre environment in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to think strategically and make key decisions.
Working Arrangements:
- Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm.
- Office based in Avonmouth.
- Must have own vehicle, no public transport links.
Salary: Up to £50,000.
