Customer Service Manager Opportunity

Juice Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join their growing retail business in Avonmouth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of customer service representatives and monitoring their performance.
  • Resolving escalated customer issues and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Conducting team meetings to report updates from the Senior Leadership Team and driving team performance.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a call centre environment in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to think strategically and make key decisions.

Working Arrangements:

  • Monday to Friday, 09:00am - 5:00pm.
  • Office based in Avonmouth.
  • Must have own vehicle, no public transport links.

Salary: Up to £50,000.
