Job Title: Belfast Port Facilities Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Belfast Port. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Premises Officer, ensuring the smooth operation of the port's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Premises Officer in managing the day-to-day operations of the port's facilities
  • Assist with maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities
  • Liaise with visitors and contractors
  • Manage financial records and track site budget spend
  • Provide administrative support to the Premises Officer

Requirements:

  • Own transport
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of fire safety and health and safety
  • Manual handling skills

Working Hours: 5 days per week

Location: Belfast Port

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 6 months
