Administrative Coordinator for DTP and CDT Programmes

Queen's University Belfast is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide support, advice, and administrative management in the operational delivery of the DTP and CDT programmes. The role will involve working in a consortium with partner universities, providing a key link between staff in the School of Biological Sciences and staff based at the consortium universities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a primary degree or substantial administrative experience in a relevant role, with at least 3 years' experience in a student-facing role in higher education. Key responsibilities will include providing advice to students, academics, and other stakeholders, management reporting, and committee servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the DTP and CDT programmes, including coordination of meetings and events.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with staff in the School of Biological Sciences and consortium universities.
  • Assist with the development of future DTP/CDP proposals.
