As an Event Manager with X4 Life Sciences, you will play a pivotal role in the Healthcare team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Event Manager. Based out of Central London or Cambridgeshire, you will have the opportunity to work with a thriving specialist events agency that is renowned for its dedicated focus on healthcare communications events.

Salary:

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, reflecting your skills and experience.

Job Description:

In this key position, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end communication projects that encompass strategy, creative content development, production, and digital elements. As the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries, you will ensure projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standard.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Account Director to shape client account strategy, ensuring both account retention and growth.
  • Act as the primary liaison to clients in the pharmaceutical sector, overseeing project delivery and budget management.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of clients, their organisations, internal audiences, and industry communication needs, challenges, and objectives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Event Manager/Senior Event Manager in the communications/marketing space.
  • Ideal sector experience – Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical experience preferable.
  • Possess the ability to guide clients in understanding and defining objectives from an audience perspective.
  • Demonstrate clear and confident expertise in project management, financial management, and decision-making.
