Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager, you will work alongside Account Directors and Directors to manage client relationships, develop project timelines and budgets, and oversee project delivery across multiple accounts and workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a proven track record in managing programmes and supporting junior teams. You will be ambitious, keen to make a difference, and thrive in a small team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring seamless delivery across multiple accounts and workstreams
  • Liaise with clients during regular calls and over email, providing timely updates and recommendations
  • Guide junior team members on their project deliverables, managing both your own time and theirs
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, managing relationships with clients, suppliers, journalists, patient groups, key opinion leaders and influencers
  • Develop and edit various content, adapting to different audiences and channels
  • Contribute to new business activity, including creative brainstorming, pitch research, proposal writing and pitch presentations
  • Implement monitoring and measurement of key campaigns and projects, reviewing raw data and synthesising the 'so what'
  • Monitor media and social media channels, providing insight and analysis for clients
  • Manage events and logistics, teaching these core skills to others
