We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team in Towcester, leading our 5-bed Ofsted rated GOOD home.

About the Position

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each young person.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in residential care management, with a focus on complex needs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to manage complaints and concerns in a fair and transparent manner.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. Relevant experience: At least 2 years in a position related to residential care of children, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
  2. Driving License: A valid driving license is essential for this role.
