We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs Teacher to join our team at a Special Needs high school in the Manchester area.

This full-time role involves teaching a KS3 group of learners with Complex Needs on a structured timetable, catering to their unique needs and abilities.

The successful candidate will have experience working with students with Autism, SLD, and Complex Needs, utilizing a bespoke curriculum that prepares them for life after school.

Our school boasts excellent facilities, including sensory rooms, soft play, hydrotherapy pool, forest school area, outdoor play, and gardens, as well as a cafe supported by students.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • An enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to apply for one
  • Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable)
  • The legal right to work in the UK
  • QTS or QTLS qualifications
