Special Needs Assistant - Manchester Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Special Needs Assistant to join our team in a secondary school setting. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to create a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Motivating and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
  • Meeting the individual needs of pupils under the direction of the class teacher and senior staff.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a holistic approach to pupil support.

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £21,600 - £24,800 per annum (£416-£475 per week), as well as opportunities for social and networking events, pension contributions, and Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
