Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support the development of children at Grange School, in partnership with Prospere Learning Trust. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to create a supportive learning environment for students with special educational needs.

About the Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to students with a range of special educational needs, including behavior management and personal care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs, focusing on their academic and personal development.
  • Assist teachers with lesson preparation, delivery, and assessment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students' behavior and well-being.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Prior experience working with students with special educational needs.
  • Strong behavior management skills and ability to de-escalate conflicts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits
