**SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity at Smile Education
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team in M12. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in our Early Years classroom.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver individualized support to students with SEN, focusing on their academic and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with the teacher to plan and implement tailored learning activities that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and success of all students.
**Requirements:**
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Relevant experience in supporting SEN students, preferably in an early years setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in SEN education.
**Estimated Salary:** £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
