Clinical General Practitioner Position

At Cheltenham Peripheral Network, we are seeking a skilled Clinical General Practitioner to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake a variety of duties including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting patients at home, and checking and signing/authorising repeat prescriptions.
- Deal with queries, paperwork, and correspondence in a timely fashion.
- Manage a broad range of acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring that care is delivered in line with evidence-based guidelines and best practices.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to assess the health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems.
- Capacity to develop care plans for health in consultation with patients and in line with current practice disease management protocols.
- Proficiency in providing counselling and health education.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
