We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team at The Influence Room, a pioneering platform that empowers authentic connections between brands and their advocates.

About the Role:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients through strategic research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop tailored sales pitches that align with client needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring seamless alignment with company objectives.
  • Forecast sales accurately and maintain up-to-date CRM records for informed decision-making.
  • Track and report on sales performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy, driving innovation and growth.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets through proactive effort and dedication.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in sales or business development roles (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Achievement of individual sales and revenue targets.
  • Retention and growth of client accounts.
  • Volume and quality of new business opportunities generated.
  • Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates and sales reporting.

Your Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range: £35,000 - £45,000.
  • Uncapped OTE: £70,000.
