We're seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our UK Partnerships team, someone who can drive client service excellence and execute end-to-end influencer and UGC marketing campaigns across various brands, media agencies, and platforms.
The role involves collaborating closely with the Account Director to deliver best-in-class client service, managing campaign execution, and fostering strong relationships with clients. You'll oversee internal campaign management using TikTok's TTCX, Waves, and Monday.com boards, ensuring seamless content upload and creator payments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the driving force behind campaign delivery, supporting the Account Director in achieving client growth and retention goals.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, effectively communicating updates and actions.
- Managing respective campaigns internally, leveraging our proprietary technologies and ensuring the wider team accurately uploads content and organizes creator payments.
- Creating campaign case studies and Post-Campaign Analysis reports, showcasing your ability to convert data into actionable insights and confidently present findings to clients.
- Addressing campaign delivery-related issues promptly and escalating them to the Account Director when necessary.
- Assisting the Account Director in developing thought-provoking creative strategies and campaign execution tactics.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Significant experience in influencer marketing (4-5+ years) within an agency or brand.
- Multilingual language capabilities are preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven skills in client account management, creator management, and post-campaign analysis.
- Experience in delivering UGC branded content, achieving paid performance across social platforms.
- A deep understanding of paid media objectives, KPIs, and strategy.
- Ability to review legal agreements with creators and brands, including usage and payment terms.
- High energy levels, excellent multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to prioritizing multiple projects.
- A proven team player with a positive attitude towards achieving goals and supporting colleagues.
