Triage Assessor for Employee Assistance Programme

MCL Medics, a leading provider of Employee Assistance Programmes, is seeking a newly qualified level 4 counsellor to join our team in Southport.

About the Job
The successful candidate will work as a Triage Assessor, responding to client inquiries, arranging appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities
- Client interactions, assessment, appointment scheduling, and collaboration with the EAP team.
- Providing a supportive and empathetic service as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Efficient documentation of client interactions using keyboard skills.
- Previous experience in handling incoming calls will be advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum completion of level 4 in Counselling.
- Over 100 hours of counselling experience.
