About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Triage Counsellor Specialist to join our team at MCL Medics, an experienced Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients by phone, book appointments, and ensure all data systems are up-to-date.
- Maintain a calm and empathetic manner as the first point of contact for clients.
- Utilize excellent keyboard skills to make accurate notes.
- Experience in dealing with incoming calls will be an advantage.
Requirements
- Must have completed and passed a minimum of level 4 in Counselling.
- Must have over 100 counselling hours.
What We Offer
A competitive salary of around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), company salary sacrifice pension, enhanced sick pay, access to Reward Gateway, Employee Assistance Programme, Life Assurance, professional registration fees paid, and a professional but friendly working environment.
