This is an exciting opportunity to join M3 Global Research as a Senior Qualitative Project Manager in a remote position. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of international market research projects, ensuring excellent client service and delivering projects on time and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage international market research projects through the entire project lifecycle, guaranteeing client satisfaction and project financial goals.
  • Coordinate project kickoff meetings, ensuring all involved parties understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Project launch execution and analysis, with detailed feedback to clients.
  • Fieldwork management, delivering timely and high-quality client updates.
  • Provide agreed deliverables within expected timelines and quality.
  • Meet billing deadlines and goals.
  • Comply with M3's operating procedures and ensure all practices and systems follow the ISO Accreditation and M3 policies.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare.
  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment.
