Regional Health Director

In the role of Regional Health Director, you will guide the overall direction of the health sector in the United Kingdom and be part of a leading global Healthcare design practice. The successful candidate must possess the drive, skillset, and charisma needed to win new work, oversee health projects, and augment an unrivaled reputation for the core Health Team throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage health sector goals by working closely with local office leadership to ensure that the health sector meets business objectives from a local, regional, and national perspective.
  • Assist in developing annual strategic health market sector planning, including budgets, goals, and market analysis.
  • Monitor marketing progress, performance indicators, marketing report accuracy, budgets, and costs, risk management, and manage progress within assigned marketing resource allocations.
  • Grow a well-balanced, multi-disciplinary health team by recruiting, developing, and maintaining expertise, balance all aspects of an expertise and design-driven top-tier health practice.
  • Develop strong client relationships and serve as a key client relationship manager on projects.
  • Participate as a health thought leader in professional organizations, activities, and services throughout the United Kingdom that further the firm's brand, vision, and relationships.
  • Increase awareness and understanding within the community of the firm's health practice on a local, regional, and national basis.
  • Execute pre-marketing and positioning strategies necessary for success.
  • Organize and support efforts of sector, regional, and local leaders to ensure effective organization of pursuits.
  • Coordinate with global health and operational leadership on business development, marketing, and practice growth efforts.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop business leads.
  • Lead strategic project pursuit teams, manage pursuit processes, and follow quality procedures for document production.
  • Coordinate, collaborate, and cooperate with local operational leadership and leverage their roles and assistance to build teamwork and maximize effectiveness and results of all business development and marketing efforts.
Project Delivery Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a Principal in Charge (PIC) in a leadership role for key healthcare clients, responsible for establishing strong client relationships, overall project performance, and maintaining client satisfaction.
