Job Description: The Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting the team, and maintaining an organised environment. Daily duties include receiving and processing customer orders, preparing orders for despatch, liaising with couriers, and invoicing customers. Additionally, the Office Manager will manage office operations, perform data entry tasks, handle phone calls, and provide clerical support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and experience with Xero. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience as an Office Manager is preferred.
