The successful candidate will possess strong SQL skills and experience with various DBA tasks, including backups, disaster recovery planning, performance optimisation, and security. They will also have knowledge of ETL tools and be able to build data pipelines to get data into the company's Snowflake data warehouse.

In this role, the candidate will work closely with the wider team to enhance business decision-making through automated reporting. They will ensure that the data is clean, accurate, and secure, making it easily accessible for analysts to create reports. The company offers a competitive salary of up to £40-50,000, as well as a range of benefits, including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, group life insurance, and a pension scheme.
